Go to a physiotherapist as soon as possible. I hurt my Achilles tendon is located about 3 years ago, when I am 15 years running, and it was like no other. They said it's too bad for a duration of about 6 or 7 months. and even if I now run, it hurts a lot, I hope everything goes well!

It is strange that this question here because I very similar, if not the state.
I have on this subject and is a disease that is common in runners and many other athletes, and I think that could be a ballet of them. Typically worse in the morning, as he got out of bed.
I do not remember the name now, but is caused by inflammation of the Achilles tendon and is closely associated with tendinitis in context. The information that I found it says that the best thing you do to the ice to and stay out, whenever possible. Aspirin is known to also help, because it caused from inflammation. It can be from 6 months to a year.
If there are so strong that you can not go on it, then you can go to the doctor and can give a shot that inflammation, but the information I have reported that the results read mixed injection, the work still to be.
I wish him all the best. I think what may be a roundDrance a ballet dancer.
